Give that this role will be largely client-facing, it's vital that the candidates have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
To apply for this role, you MUST have ALL:
At least 8 years of Drupal development experience, at least up to Drupal 10 and ideally Drupal 11
Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and components, including modules, themes, entities, database layer
Knowledge of Drupal configuration management system, site-building tools, and administration interface
Experience with custom module development and module configuration
Understanding Drupal security features, adhering to best practices for securing Drupal sites
Evidence of contributing to the Drupal community through project support, issue tracking and association membership
Strong PHP skills with OOP and PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony
Working experience with MySQL (and preferably PostgreSQL), and writing efficient database queries
Very strong HTML, JavaScript and CSS skills
Good understanding of responsive design and frameworks such as Foundation / Bootstrap / Tailwind
Knowledge of current web development standards, SEO best practices and performance optimisation
Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools
Experience of cloud platforms such as AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud
Good grasp of Git, and command line tools
A portfolio of commercial projects and an explanation of your involvement on each project
Ability to plan, scope and accurately estimate timescales for Drupal development projects
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders
Ability to juggle working on multiple clients/projects in an agile working environment
