Our client a prominent family office in New York is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Principal.
This person will work hand in hand with the Principal and Foundations as well as the household staff and liaise with other individuals in the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Children – booking extra-curricular activities, family calendar management, buying uniform and clothing, sports equipment, birthday gifts, keeping in the know of special events on in Charleston, paying school fees, filling out forms, booking appointments for shots, dentists, tutors, trainers, driving lessons, summer camps
Homes – buying furnishing items and supplies, assistance liaising with designers/caretakers/vendors, scheduling housekeeping, keeping track of guests, creating cheat sheets for homes, reorganizing tech logins, managing BillPay with family office, source apartment in NY
Travel/Entertaining – booking hotels/flights, liaison with travel agent and flight/driver partners, itineraries, managing events
Philanthropy – gatekeeping/replying to correspondences, facilitating and keeping track of donations, assistance with setup of new foundation entity, streamlining processes, PR.
Family – assistance with principal’s elderly parents’ needs such as online shopping, forms, booking appointments and travel
Personal – booking appointments, managing home staff schedule, gifts, purchasing tickets, contacts spreadsheet, research.
Looking for someone with 8+ years' experience being a Personal Assistant, worked with UHNWI, and can handle multiple responsibilities at once.
$125K-$150K + bonus
