Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Pipeline Validation Engineer to ensure the safety and reliability of pipeline systems through advanced validation methods, automation tools, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate pipeline integrity by detecting leakage, corrosion, and structural issues using advanced tools and automation.
• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, or magnetic particle testing.
• Develop and implement automated monitoring solutions for efficient pipeline validation.
• Analyze pipeline performance data and recommend maintenance strategies.
• Prepare detailed validation reports with findings and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASME, API) and support pipeline integrity programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience in pipeline validation, leakage detection, and corrosion analysis.
• Proficiency in NDT methods and pipeline integrity software (e.g., ROSEN, DNV Synergi).
• Knowledge of automation tools and SCADA systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical reporting skills.

Preferred:

• NDT certifications (ASNT Level II/III) and familiarity with corrosion inhibitors and repair techniques.
