ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Program Manager serves as a crucial member of the hospital-based Quality Department, working in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary teams of the Quality Division. The Quality Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Quality. This role entails collaborative leadership and partnership in overseeing the organization's quality assurance and improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and overall healthcare outcomes. The Quality Program Manager drives continuous improvement efforts across the facility they work at and through the healthcare system by leading projects, analyzing data, implementing evidence-based practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position is essential in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and championing a culture of quality and safety throughout the healthcare system.
